Ilm Al Lughah is a web-based platform accessible from any device with a modern web browser and internet connection. Whether you're using a desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone, you can access your courses, quizzes, and flashcards. Our platform is fully responsive, meaning it automatically adapts its layout and design to fit your screen size for an optimal learning experience.
Desktop & Laptop
For the most comprehensive experience, we recommend using Ilm Al Lughah on a desktop or laptop with a screen resolution of at least 1280×720 pixels. Larger screens make it easier to view Arabic text with diacritics, navigate between lessons, and interact with quizzes and flashcards. Both Windows and macOS are fully supported, as are most Linux distributions with modern browsers installed.
Tablets & Smartphones
Our platform works well on tablets (iPad, Android tablets) and smartphones (iPhone, Android phones). For tablets, we recommend a minimum screen size of 7 inches for comfortable reading of Arabic text. On smartphones, the experience is optimized for screens 5 inches and larger. Touch interactions for quizzes, flashcard swiping, and navigation are all designed to be touch-friendly on these devices.
Mobile App Coming Soon
While the web platform works great on mobile browsers, we're developing a dedicated mobile app for iOS and Android that will provide an even better mobile experience. The app will include features like offline lesson access, push notifications for streak reminders, and optimized touch interactions.
