Stuck on Loading Screen

Fix the issue when the platform gets stuck on the loading or splash screen.

The Loading Screen That Never Ends

If you see the Ilm Al Lughah loading screen but the platform never fully loads, something is preventing the application from initializing. This is different from a blank white screen — the loading screen appears, which means the initial HTML loaded successfully, but the JavaScript application failed to start. This is typically caused by network issues, browser compatibility problems, or extension interference.

Step-by-Step Resolution

Follow these steps in order: 1) Wait at least 30 seconds — on slower connections, the initial load can take time, especially on your first visit. 2) If it's still loading after 30 seconds, try a hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R). 3) Clear your browser cache and reload. 4) Try in an incognito window to rule out extension issues. 5) Try a different browser.

Network & Firewall Issues

Some networks, particularly corporate, school, or public Wi-Fi networks, may block certain resources needed by our platform. If you're on such a network, try accessing the platform using your mobile data or a personal network. If the platform loads fine on a different network, the issue is with the original network's firewall or content filtering. You may need to ask the network administrator to whitelist our domain.

Still Stuck?

If none of the above solutions work, there may be a temporary issue with our servers. Check our social media channels or community forums for any service status updates. You can also try again after a few minutes. If the issue persists for more than an hour and there's no known outage, please contact our support team with details about your setup, including your browser version, operating system, and network type.
