Check Your Connection First
If a lesson isn't loading, the first thing to check is your internet connection. Try navigating to a different page on the platform — if other pages load fine but the specific lesson doesn't, the issue may be with that particular lesson's content. If no pages load, the problem is likely your internet connection. Try refreshing the page or switching to a different network.
Try a Hard Refresh
Sometimes lesson content gets stuck due to cached data. Perform a hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac). This forces the browser to download the lesson content fresh from the server. If the lesson still doesn't load, try clearing your entire browser cache and then navigating back to the lesson. You can also try accessing the lesson from a different browser to rule out browser-specific issues.
Browser Compatibility
Certain lessons that include interactive Arabic text exercises, audio content, or animated grammar diagrams may require specific browser features. Ensure you're using an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari). If you're using a mobile browser, try switching to your device's default browser. Some in-app browsers (like those in social media apps) have limited capabilities that may prevent lessons from loading properly.
Report the Issue
If a specific lesson consistently fails to load across different browsers and devices, there may be an issue with the lesson content itself. Please report this to our team by emailing support@ilmallughah.com with the course name, lesson title, and any error messages you see. We'll investigate and fix the issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, you can continue with other lessons in the course — they won't be affected.
