Sharing Your Progress

Share your learning milestones and achievements with friends and the community.

Celebrate Your Achievements

Learning Arabic is a significant accomplishment, and every milestone deserves celebration! Ilm Al Lughah makes it easy to share your progress with friends, family, and the broader community. Whether you've completed your first lesson, maintained a 30-day streak, earned a difficult badge, or finished an entire course, sharing these achievements can inspire others and reinforce your own motivation.

How to Share

You can share your achievements in several ways: 1) Use the "Share" button that appears when you unlock a badge or reach a milestone — this generates a shareable image with your achievement details. 2) Post in the community forums in the "Achievements" category. 3) Share your streak count or XP level from your profile page. 4) Use the social media share buttons to post directly to Twitter/X, Facebook, or other platforms. Each shareable image is beautifully designed and includes your achievement without exposing private account details.

Community Spotlight

Each month, we feature outstanding learners in our Community Spotlight. This could be someone who maintained an impressive streak, helped others in the forums, or made exceptional progress in their studies. If you'd like to be considered for the spotlight (or nominate someone), reach out to us through the community forums or email. Being featured in the spotlight is a great way to inspire the broader community and get recognized for your dedication to learning.

Privacy Controls

We understand that not everyone wants to share their learning progress publicly. You have full control over what's visible to others. In your privacy settings, you can choose to make your profile public (visible to all community members), friends-only (visible only to study buddies and connections), or private (only you can see your progress). You can also choose which specific elements to share — for example, showing your streak but hiding your XP level. Your privacy choices are always respected.
