Tracking Your Sunnah Progress

Learn how to use the platform's tracking features to monitor and maintain your Sunnah practice habits.

One of the most powerful features of our Living the Sunnah program is the integrated tracking system that helps you monitor which Sunnahs you are practicing consistently and which areas need more attention. The Prophet ﷺ said: "The most beloved of deeds to Allah are those that are most consistent, even if they are small." (Sahih Bukhari). Our tracking system is designed to help you achieve that consistency.

The tracking dashboard shows you several key metrics: your daily Sunnah checklist (which Sunnahs you practiced today), your weekly consistency rate (what percentage of days you practiced each Sunnah this week), your streak counter (how many consecutive days you have maintained your Sunnah practice), and your overall progress through the 52-week program. You can view your data as daily, weekly, or monthly summaries.

The system categorizes your Sunnahs into groups: adhkar (morning, evening, and situational), prayers (Sunnah prayers, Duha, Witr), eating and drinking, sleeping, social interactions, fasting, and character traits. You can see at a glance which categories are strong and which need improvement. For each category, you can drill down to see specific Sunnahs and your consistency with each one.

To get the most out of the tracking system, we recommend: checking off your Sunnahs throughout the day rather than trying to remember everything at night; setting realistic goals (start with 3-5 Sunnahs and gradually add more); using the platform's reminder notifications for key times (morning adhkar after Fajr, evening adhkar after Asr); and reviewing your weekly progress report each Friday to identify areas for improvement. Remember, the goal is not perfection — it is consistent, gradual growth.
