Your Voice Matters
Ilm Al Lughah is shaped by its community, and your feedback is essential to our growth and improvement. Whether you have a suggestion for a new feature, an idea for improving an existing lesson, or general thoughts about your learning experience, we want to hear from you. Every piece of feedback is read by our team, and many of our best features have come directly from user suggestions.
How to Submit Feedback
You can submit feedback through several channels: 1) In-App Feedback — look for the "Feedback" button or link in the platform's navigation or footer. This is the quickest way to send feedback while you're using the platform. 2) Email — send detailed feedback to feedback@ilmallughah.com. 3) Community Forums — post in the "Suggestions & Ideas" category to get input from other learners on your idea. 4) Social Media — tag us or send a direct message with your suggestions.
What Makes Good Feedback
The most helpful feedback is specific and actionable. Instead of "the platform could be better," try something like: "It would be helpful to have a slow-speed option for Tajweed audio so I can hear each letter clearly." Include the context — what you were doing when the idea came to you, what problem it would solve, and how it would improve your learning. If you're suggesting a change to an existing feature, explain both what currently happens and what you'd prefer.
What Happens After You Submit
All feedback is reviewed by our product team. We categorize suggestions by theme and priority, and the most requested features are added to our development roadmap. While we can't implement every suggestion immediately, popular and impactful ideas are fast-tracked. You can check our "Upcoming Features & Roadmap" article to see what's in the pipeline. When we implement a feature based on user feedback, we try to credit the community members who suggested it. Thank you for helping us build the best Arabic learning platform possible!
