One of the great advantages of Ilm Al Lughah is that your learning progress is stored in the cloud and syncs automatically across all your devices. Whether you start a lesson on your desktop computer and want to continue on your phone, or vice versa, your progress is always up to date.
How Syncing Works
- Real-Time Sync: Your progress, XP, streaks, and flashcard reviews are saved to the server immediately as you interact with the platform. There is no manual sync button needed.
- Consistent State: When you sign in on a new device, you will see your exact current progress, including any partially completed lessons.
- Offline Limitations: Currently, the platform requires an internet connection. Offline mode with background syncing is planned for the upcoming mobile app.
Supported Devices
Ilm Al Lughah works on any device with a modern web browser. This includes desktop computers (Windows, macOS, Linux), tablets (iPad, Android tablets), and smartphones (iPhone, Android). We recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge for the best experience.
You can be signed in on multiple devices simultaneously without any issues. There are no limits on the number of devices you can use. Just make sure you are signing in with the same Google account on all devices to access your unified learning profile.
