Quizzes are one of the most XP-rich activities on Ilm Al Lughah. Every quiz you take awards XP based on your performance score. A perfect score of 100% earns the maximum XP for that quiz, while lower scores award a proportional amount.
The base XP for a quiz depends on the difficulty level and the number of questions. Longer, more challenging quizzes (such as end-of-course assessments) award significantly more XP than short, in-lesson check-ups. This structure rewards you for tackling harder material and investing time in comprehensive reviews.
If you don't achieve the score you wanted, you can retake the quiz. On a retake, you'll earn the difference between your new score's XP and your previous best. For example, if you first earned 30 XP and then retake the quiz to earn 50 XP, you'll receive an additional 20 XP. This encourages you to master the material without penalizing initial struggles.
To maximize your quiz XP, review the lesson material thoroughly before attempting the quiz. Use flashcards to reinforce key vocabulary and grammar rules, and take your time reading each question carefully. Consistent preparation leads to higher scores and more XP — a win-win for your learning and your profile.
