Your daily streak is more than just a number — it's a powerful XP multiplier. The longer you maintain your streak by meeting your daily XP goal, the more bonus XP you earn on top of your regular rewards. This system is designed to reward the most important factor in language learning: consistency.
The streak bonus works in tiers. After 3 consecutive days, you receive a 1.1x multiplier on all XP earned. At 7 days, this increases to 1.2x. At 14 days, you get 1.3x, and at 30 days, the multiplier reaches 1.5x. These bonuses apply automatically to all XP-earning activities, from lessons to quizzes to flashcard reviews.
Missing a single day resets your streak back to zero, and you lose your current multiplier. This might feel harsh, but it's an intentional design choice to encourage daily engagement. Even a short 10-minute study session is enough to keep your streak alive — open the app, review a few flashcards, and you're done.
